Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent qualification
Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in clinic/healthcare operations
Honest, responsible, and hardworking - willing to work extra hours when necessary
Possess own transport and a valid driving license
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

Oversee and manage daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow
Lead staff scheduling, discipline monitoring, and performance evaluation
Monitor inventory, purchasing, and clinic facilities maintenance
Manage customer service issues and ensure a positive patient experience
Prepare records/reports and support management in decision-making
Assist in marketing activities and fieldwork when required
