Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Monitor and improve clinic sales performance, patient volume, and service profitability. Plan and execute marketing and promotional strategies to increase patient visits, corporate panels, and health screening sales. Collaborate with management to set and achieve monthly revenue and performance targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities (e.g. corporate tie-ups, vaccination programs, community events). Lead, guide, and motivate clinic staff to achieve service and sales goals. Conduct staff performance reviews and training to enhance service quality and sales competency. Manage stock, supplies, and ensure accurate reporting. Maintain excellent customer service and handle patient feedback professionally.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Management, or related field. Interest in clinic or healthcare management. Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills. Able to work independently and achieve performance targets. Responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented personality. Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
