\xe3\x83\xbb Receive and convey messages in writing, verbally and electronically/ e-mails.

\xe3\x83\xbbCall insurance company as needed and enter data electronically for local panel health insurances.

\xe3\x83\xbbPrepare daily and monthly sales reports to admin respective insurances and panels.

\xe3\x83\xbb Adhere to policies and procedures on dispensing of medications., and is Knowledgeable in medicines prescribed.

\xe3\x83\xbb Key in medicine prescribed by doctor. Ensure correct patient, correct medicine, correct dosage, correct route, correct time, and correct quantity.

\xe3\x83\xbb Key in medicine prescribed by doctor. Ensure correct patient, correct medicine, correct dosage, correct route, correct time, and correct quantity.

\xe3\x83\xbb Maintain confidentiality of patients and information pertaining to the Clinic and business information and plans .

Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93Minimum education, SPM and /or Diploma in related job scope

\xe2\x9c\x93At least 2 years working experience in customer service industry , or medical clinic setting is an asset.

\xe2\x9c\x93Fluency in spoken and written Japanese language at ? level. as well as fluency in English, Malay. Fluency in Mandarin is advantageous.

\xe2\x9c\x93Strong communication skills and awareness in cultural diversities.

\xe2\x9c\x93Excellent customer service skills.

\xe2\x9c\x93Good interpersonal skills, relate and communicate positively, effectively and professionally with patients, doctors and colleagues
