  • Minimum qualification: SPM or Degree.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or clinic setting is an advantage.
  • Familiar with basic computer skills and applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, well-organized, and able to multitask effectively.
Tanggungjawab
  • Manage front desk operations including patient registration and appointment scheduling.
  • Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth.
  • Handle phone calls, inquiries, and daily correspondence.
  • Support clinic marketing efforts, including creating social media content/posts.
  • Maintain smooth coordination between patients and healthcare staff.
