Klinik Siti Fatimah Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated and organized
Clinic Staff Assistant
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a friendly and personable individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
1. Responsibilities:
? Patient Registration: Greet and welcome patients to the clinic.
Register new and existing patients accurately and efficiently.
Collect patient information, including demographics, insurance, and medical history.
Schedule and manage patient appointments.
? Front Desk Operations: Answer and direct phone calls.
Manage appointment reminders and confirmations.
Handle patient inquiries and concerns.
Assist with insurance verification and billing processes.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
? Administrative Support: Assist with data entry and record keeping.
Prepare and maintain patient files.
Order and maintain inventory of medical supplies.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
2. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Friendly and patient-oriented demeanor.
