About the job Clinical Application Specialist (Based in Penang or Alor Setar)
Company Background
We are representing our client; a high end medical devices supplier. They supply high end and latest technology spinal implants and provide cutting edge procedures for patients with spinal problems. As they continue to expand, they are seeking for Clinical Application Specialist (Based in Penang or Alor Setar) to join the team
Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Product Specialist and Product Executive daily task
• Scrub in and assist clients in the Operating Theatre with good product knowledge
• Develop and maintain good rapport and positive working relationship with the potential and existing clients
• Building and maintaining positive working relationship with medical staff and supporting administrative staff
• Prepare daily action plans and report and present it every end of the day before 9.00pm through Whatsapp group
• Work closely with the Purchasing and Procurement Department of each hospital
• Secure and follow up on payments from hospital after each case
• Participate in the marketing events
• Identify and resolves clients concern
• Hectic travelling from one hospital to another hospital to assist cases
• Keeping up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with health professionals during presentations
• Monitoring competitor activity and competitors products
• Will be on call and on the go
• Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the team & management
• Performs miscellaneous job- related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Medical Science related field
• Min 1 year of working experience is require for this role (Preferable experience in medical line)
• Must be willing to travel
• Possess own transport and willing to carry 10kg instruments
