Duties And Responsibilities Responsible for Market-specific Therapy Approach and local roll-out (identification, development and implementation). Collaboration with the global Therapy Expert Team plus networking on an international level. Therapy Concept Creation a. Establish medical scientific knowledge and clinical handling and application knowledge about hospital care and cross-divisional core therapies and patient pathways. b. Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, competitor activities & strategy, clinical trends and therapeutic practices to identify market opportunities for products & services. c. Support of market and sales potential analysis. d. Manage the creation of a therapy approach for the domestic market according to B. Braun\'s Strategy and local requirements. e. Collaborate with global and regional therapy specialists and network with further local therapy specialists. Therapy Portfolio Management a. Define relevant therapy-related portfolio. b. Contribute to registration strategy with regard to therapy-related portfolio. c. Support the launch process of the therapy portfolio. d. Localize and roll-out of global training content. e. Adjust education and training programs based on individual sales rep requirements. f. Carry out training and education of the local HC Organization with regards to the therapy knowledge. Sales methodology a. Support Insight Based Sales Excellence roll-out with clinical and therapy know-how b. Contribute medical know-how to therapy-related communication material (e.g. booklets, promotional kits) c. Advise and suggest information to sales executives and marketing team on educational programs based on feedback from patients and health care professionals. d. Ensure and support the development of local product marketing- and launch planning. Support the phases of preparation, execution and follow-up of product launches Cooperation a. Identify clinical training centres for internals/externals b. Identify and select appropriate clinical centers as reference accounts and KOLs, in collaboration with local Sales Managers and global BDMs c. Corporate with local MSA and local GAMA d. Identify, evaluate & pursue business development opportunities coordinating with the local organizations, Global Business Development Management and Regional Head; that will contribute to the HC Division\'s short and long-term business goals in the assigned subregions. e. Ensure the transfer of product-, service-, marketing concept- and sales methodology knowledge from global to local; identify and coordinate with Global Business Management on supporting activities of global and local product management; If required, the realization of individual training). Support local organizations in implementing customer training concepts regarding clinical/medical fundamentals (e.g. Aesculap Academy). The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time. Professional competencies Professional qualification eg. medical doctor, or ICU nurse. Clinical experience in ICU, particularly good with infusion pumps. (TIVI and PCI functions). Experience in administration of drugs (anaesthetics), fluids and nutritional products. Competent in teaching, and demonstration of medical products such as safe infusion concept (NR Fit, CVC ) and has in-depth knowledge on patient care in ICU. Good verbal and written skills in English. Proficient in MS Office applications. Experience in project management. Experience in regional anaesthesia is preferred.
