Full job description
Responsible for registration and admission processes for patient.
Assist doctor on daily operation procedure.
Responsible for collection of payment for service provided..
To assist in answering in incoming calls, handle call log and email for appointment and enquiries.
Manage and resolve patient or client concern by providing correct information.
Other ad-hoc duties as instructed by superior.
To prepare and submit panel claim
Will be working at Mya Clinic Gambang
Requirements
: -Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia ( SPM ) or Diploma in any related field.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. ( Other languages in an advantage )
Experienced in related field.
Computer literate
Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
Able to work in shift (2 shifts) at 7.30am (morning shift) , 2.30pm (evening shift)
