Job Responsibility Meeting with clients and identifying their dietary needs by assessing their health, exercise routine, and food habits. Developing and helping implement personalized nutrition plans for clients. Ensuring that you stay updated on the latest nutritional diets and trends. Offering advice on how to stay healthy and providing support to help clients with their progress. Involvement in health and promotion activities to the company\'s distributors. Provide nutritional consultation and handle product-related enquiries. Conduct educational and health talks on nutrition and products via Zoom Talk session. Develop product information, health-related articles, and support materials. Prepare and compile market information on nutritional products. Professionally attend to customers\' enquiries through various channels (walk-in, phone, social media) Possesses good persuasive and listening skills. Provide good pre-and post-sales services Build and maintain good customer relationship Receive feedback from customers and provide marketing feedback to management Keeps up to date on the market trend in terms of product knowledge and the latest health findings Perform other duties as assigned from time to time Prepare applications for the permits, licenses, certificates, authorizations, and other approvals the organization needs for all company products. Ensure all the company products are compliant with the local authority. Job Requirements Candidates with prior work experience in Direct Selling Company is preferred. (However, fresh applicants are encouraged to apply). Candidates possessing a Diploma/Degree/Master/PhD in Nursing/Nutrition/Dietetics/Biomedical Science/Biotechnology/Pharmacy or other allied health science will be of advantage. Excellent communication skills in major languages such as (English, Mandarin & Bahasa) Confident and Excellent presentation skills. Able to do zoom Meeting whenever required. Professional, friendly and courteous personality. Committed, trustworthy, fast learner. Willing to Travel and provide Product Training for company event purpose whenever required.
