Clinical Operations Manager
Job Description
FCC Family Care Centre is looking for a senior clinical operations manager that can oversee and manage the full operations of our health wellness centre and nursing homes. The candidate must have experience in the care industry and demonstrate strong management and leadership abilities to lead a diverse team. Responsibilities Manage FCC\'s multiple nursing homes and is the main person in charge of the operations and administration. Strong understanding of the needs of the clinical team, and the business priorities. Lead an office team of 6-7 people, and a clinical team of 30 individuals. Report directly to directors and senior management Able to set and achieve clear goals and targets for the clinical operations team, ensuring high standards of care at all times. Qualifications Qualifications and experiences in the healthcare, healthcare management, or business management areas At least 5 years of full time work experience in similar or relevant fields and industries Excellent verbal and written communication skills in at least the English language. Able to speak other languages and dialects Strong entrepreneurial and independent mindset. A self-starter focus on growth and results. Strong commitment and believe in the senior care and step down care industry
