The Job at a Glance

The Clinical Program Manager is expected to be a self-starter, and will focus on providing overall support to the clinical program and care management to patients, while also identifying and driving continuous improvement projects and programs to enhance AnsibleHealth\xe2\x80\x99s clinical operations maturity.

Responsibilities: * In this role, you will impact the clinical operations through (a) designing of triage protocols, triaging of patient calls and escalating when appropriate (b) patient orders management (c) medication management (d) care coordination, especially with US health resources, in-patient facilities, insurances, (e) advanced care planning.

  • Work independently on projects through the full life cycle of a project.
  • You will support the day-to-day operations while at the same time, building the foundation to scale our operations and enable rapid growth and bring a continuous improvement mindset to our clinical operations to ensure we\'re ready to scale.
  • Anticipate clinical and patient issues and propose management and solutions; manage dependencies and cross-functional issues and identify the need to develop or improve tools/processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure our processes are well designed and executed flawlessly to meet clinical goals
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with a high level of ambiguity - as we are a fast-moving startup operating in an ever-evolving environment. He or she should have excellent analytical, communication and management skills to succeed in this role.

This is a remote post.

Education

Graduate of a Medical degree program from a reputable university, and ideally have finished fellowship on pulmonary medicine or cardiology, and with at least 1 year of experience seeing outpatient patients w/ chronic respiratory diseases (such as COPD).

Required qualifications and competencies
  • Four years or more of relevant clinical experience.
  • Technologically savvy
  • Working knowledge of EMR/EHR systems
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities and experience in setting up systems and procedures
  • Willing to work during US hours (Eastern Time)
  • Possess a positive, enthusiastic and energetic attitude.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented and has strong time management skills.
