Job Description

The incumbent will deliver clinical trial expertise to aid in clinical development by enduring investigator sites fulfil conditions to enroll participants and assist in ongoing activities during site maintenance and closure. Responsibilities include obtaining trial authorisations, managing budgets and contracts, overseeing clinical finances and records while conducting site training. You will also support local needs alongside the Asia Pacific centre.

• Provide clinical trial capabilities in support of clinical development.
• Ensure the investigator sites meet requirements to enroll study participants into clinical trials and support ongoing activities during site maintenance and close-out.
• Gathering and submitting regulatory paperwork, customising informed consent documents, and engaging with ethics review boards.
• Serve as the primary contact for site-related negotiations, including budgets and contract execution, ensuring compliance with training requirements and adherence to schedules.
• Facilitate communication between internal functions and external partners for effective collaboration during site operations.
• Act as subject matter expert on clinical trial topics and provide support to associates in managing clinical trials.
• Populate internal systems to ensure accuracy of trial / site performance; and Trial Master Files and libraries for future reference.

• Study background: Bachelor\'s degree preferably in a scientific or health related field.
• Have at least 2 years of clinical research or relevant experience.
• Have an understanding of the overall clinical development, efficient site activation, project management processes
• Appreciation of / experience in compliance-driven environment.
• Fluent in English (verbal, written and conversational) and local language, as applicable.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Words and Excel.
