Our success is based on the competence and results-oriented cooperation of our employees.PURPOSE OF THE POSITIONThe above role is responsible for providing clinical support for the BIOTRONIK CRM portfolio directly or indirectly to hospitals, medical professionals, and allied partners. The incumbent is responsible for building strong customer relations through excellent customer service, engage with sales team and support function teams to contribute to programs meant to deliver an excellent customer experience, maintain market share, and to grow the business portfolio.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Provides clinical support in operation theatre or cardiac laboratory and clinic, working alongside with physicians in the field of cardiology.
• Supports on-site product demonstration and educational initiatives to build market awareness.
• Participates in industry events, training, educational workshops, and company meetings.
• Works closely with Sales and Marketing team to provide customer case and sales support.
• To assist implantations/procedures, performs follow-up.
• To resolve issues and conduct root cuase analysis.
• Provides prompt response to field inquiries from physicians, health care professionals, patients, and field sales staff.
• Supports BIOTRONIK national sales, business development and marketing strategies.
• Supports troubleshooting, product development and quality assurance and may include clinical trial protocols.
• Identifies and build strong and lasting business relationships with all key decision makers (clinical, administrative/economic), KOLs and key referrals in all accounts.
• Participates in national and international congresses.
• Maintains and acquires new product, technology, market, and process knowledge established by the industry, company and management.
• Understands and can appropriately use product positioning and marketing messages.
• Ensures compliance with BIOTRONIK policies and practices and the code of conduct.
• Any other duties may be assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONSRequirements:

• Diploma with minimum 4 years\' relevant experience or bachelor\'s degree in biomedical engineering, life science or health management. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong team player.
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia.
• Possesses a car and valid driving license.
• Able to work flexible hours and weekends.

Added advantage:

• Strong verbal and written communication, with good interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in cardiovascular or surgical industry.
• Good knowledge of working in sterile room environment and medical device product lines through direct physician interaction and procedural consultation.
