Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Trial Operations fluent in Korean to join our team and contribute to managing and optimizing trial processes across our operations in Korea.

• Local Point of Contact: Act as the local contact for Clinical Trial-related activities. This involves coordinating with sites for trial-related discussions, and liaising with Site Engagement and external parties or clinical research organizations to facilitate collaboration.
• Budget Communication and Negotiation: Communicate and negotiate budgets with site personnel and internal teams. Ensure contracts are negotiated and fully executed.
• Issue Resolution: Identify, communicate, and resolve any issues that arise during trial operations.

• Educational Background: A degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Fluency in Korean and English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Korean are essential for interacting with Korean stakeholders. Proficiency in English is also required.
• Fresh graduates who are fluent in Korean, with the ability to speak, read, and write in Korean, is encouraged to apply.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize trial operations.
• Stakeholder Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and engage with diverse stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies.
