Overview

Clinical Trial Payment Analyst

Location: Kuala Lumpur (hyrbid or home-based) or anywhere in Malaysia (home-based)

As a Clinical Trial Payments Analyst you will be joining the world\'s largest and most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

You will be partnering with one of our global pharmaceutical clients; a company that is advancing the development of new medicines, biologic therapies and vaccines for many of the world\xe2\x80\x99s most challenging diseases including cancer, cardio-metabolic diseases, Alzheimer\xe2\x80\x99s and infectious diseases. Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

As a Payments Analyst, you will have the opportunity to play a vital role in the lifecycle of a project and genuinely contribute to drug development and improving patients\xe2\x80\x99 lives.

The tasks undertaken are varied and can include:

• Requests for Invoice (RFI) for patient visit payments are sent to site for each bimonthly payment period where patient visits have occurred.
• 100% of Patient visit payments have been processed in GMS (or as per PO study requirements if PO study) or followed up with site if invoice not received
• Budget reconciliation and final site payment have been processed and grant closed in GMS
• Updating and managing the CTMS system

Qualifications

You are:

• Previous clinical trial experience (pharmaceutical or biotechnology or CRO industry) preferred but not essential
• Basic knowledge and understanding of Essential Documents, CFR and GCP/ICH
• Proficiency with technological systems (Microsoft Office, TMF, CTMS,)
• Experience with payments and invoicing
• Degree qualified in either Finance/Accounting or Scientific field
