Job Description

The RTR Closing Analyst will support the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Assist the Team on global reporting matters, reporting directly to the Pillar Manager.
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, ensuring deadlines are met - within 1 day at country level and 3 days globally, including dashboard validation.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure closing processes are executed accurately and efficiently.
Conduct financial analysis and review of results, providing insights and collaborating with stakeholders during the closing cycle.

A successful RTR Closing Analyst should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
