Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cloud DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in deployment/migration of on-premise applications to Cloud Environment. Mandatory Skill-set A Bachelors Degree with minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience; Ability to deploy and maintain critical applications on cloud-native using IaC like Terraform, configuration management like Chef; Experience with seamless/automated build scripts and highly automated infrastructure; Experience with containers platforms (Docker EE or Openshift) and orchestration (Swarm, Azure Kubernetes or AWS Elastic Kubernetes); Experience with DevOps frameworks like release engineering ,advanced test automation, infrastructure as code, self-healing, technical debt, toil elimination and chaos engineering; Knowledge of Kubernetes best practices to facilitate the digital and cloud-enabled transformations and reduce the lead time for production migration; Working knowledge of Linux/Windows OS administration in a cloud or virtualization environments; Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with both internal and external stakeholders. Desired Skill-set Any relevant certifications in Azure / AWS / Kubernetes. Responsibilities Execute the multi-cloud strategy and achieve the milestones for cloud adoptions in alignment with technical strategies for organization; Enable the On-premise to Cloud Migration by Lift & Shift, Cloud Re-Host/ Re-Platform & Modernization; Automate the manual tasks by creating the pipelines or automation tools to reduce the overall project delivery lifecycle; Identify and troubleshoot the bottlenecks/ vulnerabilities to ensure that platform is efficiently managed and secured; Work collaboratively with application, infrastructure and security teams to ensure platform\'s availability, security and reliability; Assess the current technology gap to develop, coordinate and implement changes to meet the new requirements; Promote cloud architecture best practices to achieve company business goals.
