Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze network and cloud infrastructure performance using tools like Grafana, Solarwinds and AWS CloudWatch in 24 x 7 setup.
Perform administrative tasks in monitoring tools like Grafana.
Identify and troubleshoot issues, implement corrective actions, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams
Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective infrastructure management
Support and mentor peers, sharing knowledge and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of infrastructure services
Provide regular reports and updates on the health and performance of the network and cloud environments
Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and ITIL best practices
Coordinate with AWS and Cloudwatch admin teams to understand the issue and assist in fixing it.
Strong documentation skills to create SOPs for handling the issues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in network and cloud infrastructure monitoring and management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
