Job Title: Cloud Native Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled

Cloud Native Developer

to join

Lenovo's cloud-native platform

team. The role involves building core components that power enterprise-scale platforms--including container orchestration, DevOps toolchains, and microservices frameworks. The ideal candidate is a backend developer with strong proficiency in cloud-native technologies, especially within the Kubernetes ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain components of Lenovo's cloud-native platform, including: Container runtimes Kubernetes extensions and controllers Microservices frameworks CI/CD pipeline integration Collaborate with solution architects and development leads to create scalable, reusable, and modular platform components. Implement observability, reliability, and security improvements across services. Automate development and deployment processes using modern DevOps tooling. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning. Adhere to Agile/Scrum best practices and ensure clean, maintainable code delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science

,

Software Engineering

, or a related field. Minimum

3+ years

of experience in backend or platform-level development. Proficient in

Java

and

Go

. Experience with

Spring Boot

or

Spring Cloud

frameworks. Solid understanding of

Kubernetes

,

Helm

, and related cloud-native tooling (e.g., Prometheus, Istio, Envoy). Hands-on experience with

Docker

,

Git

, and CI/CD tools such as

Jenkins

,

GitLab CI

, or

ArgoCD

. Strong understanding of

DevOps principles

, container orchestration, and distributed systems. Experience working with

microservices architectures

and

Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS)

environments is a strong plus. Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a
