Job Title: Cloud Native Development Architect

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Development & Platform Engineering

Architect and develop cloud-native platforms including Kubernetes-based orchestration, DevOps pipelines, and microservices infrastructure. Integrate best practices from the open-source community and modern PaaS platforms. Build reliable, scalable, and secure capabilities for enterprise environments.

2. Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration

Work with R&D teams across Malaysia, Singapore, and globally to ensure consistent platform delivery. Define standardized architectural patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and reusable components. Provide mentorship to development teams and promote technical excellence.

3. Customer & Solution Support

Collaborate with product teams to align platform capabilities with customer needs. Enable internal cloud-native transformations and product innovations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent. 8+ years in enterprise software, with a strong focus on

cloud-native platforms

and

platform engineering

. Proficiency in

Java

and

Go

; experience with

Spring/Spring Cloud

. Deep expertise in

Kubernetes

,

Docker

, and the cloud-native stack (

Helm

,

Istio

,

Prometheus

, etc.). Experience building and operating

Kubernetes Operators

and

microservices-based

systems. Strong background in

CI/CD pipelines

, DevOps principles, and Agile methodologies. Familiar with relational databases like

PostgreSQL

and

MySQL

. Proven track record building

PaaS platforms

with a focus on security, scalability, and developer experience. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM14,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
