Working Location: City Square, JB_ As a Multi-Hypervisor and Multi-Cloud Computing Virtualization Operation and Support Engineer/Senior Engineer, you will design and oversee Cloud computing strategy to support our business growth rapidly. You will be overall responsible for providing customers with stable, efficient, resilient and scalable cloud computing platforms. You will participate in designing, implementing, and maintaining multi-hypervisor and multi-cloud computing virtualization architectures, optimizing cloud computing system performance across the region and globe, and enhancing its security and reliability. You need to perform tasks necessary to fulfill client service level agreements for application and accessibility availability. Additionally, you will collaborate with our team to develop and implement new cloud computing technologies for the international business, as well as provide technical support and training. You may need to deliver customized cloud virtualization from different vendors solutions including VMware, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Dell, HP, Ali, Tencent, Hua Wei and work closely with vendor technical consultants and sales support to resolve issues in a timely manner, to manage customer account satisfaction from a technical standpoint and compliant to security and regulatory standards as per local laws, rules and regulations. Job Requirement Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or a related field. 1-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with large scale Cloud platform or software implementation (high transaction volume and high-availability concepts), graduates with strong knowledge can be considered as well. Understand in multi-hypervisor and multi-cloud computing virtualization technologies, familiar with relevant standards and implementation methods Understand virtualization technologies such as OpenStack, VMware ESX, XEN, Microsoft Hyper-V, KVM. Familiar with Linux operating systems and related technologies, Ubuntu, Fossil SCM and SQLite. Familiar with network virtualization technologies, including VXLAN, GRE, STT, etc. Familiar with software-defined storage and virtualization technologies, such as Ceph, GlusterFS, etc. Familiar with x86 server architecture, understand distributed storage technology, MySQL databases, virtual network technology and PaaS SQLMI, Postgres SQL etc; Be able to learn and play system administration duties including server install, System/Application install and patch management, Windows and Linux, SAN and NAS based storage, backup and recovery/HA, optimizing the performance strategies Be able to learn and design & develop workflows to automate the deployment of applications and infrastructure environment Familiar with logging and monitoring, to monitor event logs for changes and errors, resolve issues, and maintain detailed documentation within the incident tracking system Understand industry public cloud solutions, such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Ali Cloud, Tencent Cloud etc.; experience in public cloud, private cloud, hybrid cloud, Cloud Native, container/ Kubernetes, microservices, desktop cloud, API management, etc. Be proficient in programming and scripting languages such as Python, C/C++, Unix or Linux shell scripting knowledge is desirable Communication skills fluent English and Chinese (written and verbal) and a team spirit Be able to adopt fast-pace environment and handle multiple tasks under stress for aggressive projects to meet the timeline to deliver Additional bonus points:

• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing large-scale cloud computing platforms
• Hands-on experience in cloud security, container monitoring
• Hands-on experience in designing and building Multi-Cloud Computing Virtualization from scratch
