5+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud Operation, infrastructure, automation, or systems administration
AWS knowledge including EC2, VPC, IAM, Lambda, CloudWatch, and core services.
Experience with Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation.
Experience in Docker and Kubernetes.
Scripting capabilities in Python and PowerShell for automation and operational tasks
ServiceNow integration experience including workflow automation and API integration

Responsibilities
:
Participate in day-to-day operations including incident management, service requests, change management, and proactive monitoring.
Strong troubleshooting skills for complex issues across AWS infrastructure, Windows servers and Linux servers.
Problem-solving mindset with ability to analyze complex technical issues systematically.
Manage and maintain Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux/RedHat environments.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation for consistent, scalable, and repeatable cloud provisioning
Experience including Docker and Kubernetes for supporting and maintaining containerized applications in production environments and troubleshoot containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Design, develop automation workflows that integrate AWS services with ServiceNow to eliminate manual processes and streamline service delivery
Build automated remediation solutions for common infrastructure issues and alerts.
Develop automation scripts using Python and PowerShell to accelerate operational tasks and reduce human error.
Assist with planning & executing Windows ServerLinux patching.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for automation processes, infrastructure designs, and operational procedures.
Respond to high-severity (P1) incidents and collaborate with stakeholders for resolution and root cause analysis.
Willingness to participate in on-call rotations, including occasional weekend support.
Knowledge and experience with incident, problem, and change management processes

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
