Roles & Responsibilities:

In this role, you are responsible for various aspects of application development and maintenance, as well as ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to industry standards. Key responsibilities include: * Application Development and Support: You are involved in the development, support, and maintenance of applications and technology solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and expectations.

• Cloud Monitoring and Security Collaboration: You monitor alerts from public clouds and collaborate closely with the security team to maintain the security and integrity of the applications.
• Automation: You utilize automation tools and skills to streamline processes, increasing efficiency in development and deployment workflows.
• Client Satisfaction and Standards Compliance: You strive to meet or exceed client expectations by delivering applications within the defined scope, functionality, and timelines while adhering to agreed-upon standards.
• Code Quality and Bug-Free Releases: You focus on maintaining high-quality code and minimizing the number of bugs in code released into production.
• Project Management and Agile Methodologies: You work within team project management methodologies and processes, such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, or XP. This includes participating in daily SCRUM calls and providing task updates.
• Documentation: You create supporting materials and maintain internal project documentation as necessary.
• Collaboration and Team Building: You foster collaborative efforts and build camaraderie with both on-shore and off-shore team members.
• Industry Best Practices: You demonstrate a solid understanding of industry best practices in software development and version control.
• Project Team Support: You assist with various project team duties, ranging from user story creation to development, deployment, and application maintenance.

Requirement:

• The ideal candidate should have experience in a broad range of Azure, AWS, and GCP services, including RBAC, Blueprint, Policies, Recovery Service Vaults, Public IP, Load Balancers, API Management, Management Groups, Policy, Virtual Networks, Functions, IAM, EC2, ELB, RDS, Lambda, GuardDuty, and S3.
• They should also be familiar with GCP services like IAM, Functions, Service Accounts, VPC, Compute, Storage, Stackdriver, and BigQuery.
• Experience with VDI solutions such as AWS WorkSpaces and VMware Horizon is necessary.
• The candidate should have knowledge of Cloud Security best practices and be proficient in automating tasks using Azure DevOps, PowerShell, or Python.
• They should possess a strong understanding of DevOps methodologies and have expertise in infrastructure and application monitoring across both production and non-production environments. Experience with orchestration, configuration, and continuous integration management technologies is required.
• A solid understanding of Cloud IaaS and PaaS services, as well as High Availability and Disaster Recovery concepts for infrastructure, is expected.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server administration is essential, as is experienced with Cloud provisioning and management in Azure, AWS, GCP, and VDI environments.
• The candidate should also have a hands-on working knowledge of using ServiceNow, an IT service management platform.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with GCP Dialogflow service is an added advantage

Education:

Education (degree): Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or relevant experience and accomplishments
