An exciting Cloud Security Analyst - Large Reputable Firm role has just been made available at a financial service company based in Malaysia. Your main responsibility will be to monitor and manage cloud security risk. About the Cloud Security Analyst - Large Reputable Firm Role:
You will be responsible for monitoring and managing cloud security risk in order to provide timely mitigation to vulnerabilities and securing the cloud environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Perimeter, host and network defences management for cloud environment
• Internal and external threat detection management
• Vulnerability assessment, penetration testing and incident management
• Analysis and neutralisation of all cybersecurity threats
• Perform continuous security assessment and recommend treatment options
• Security event management
• Maintain awareness of emerging cyber threats
• Implement new technologies
• Assist in development of cybersecurity standards
• Adhere and enforce IT P&P

To succeed in this Cloud Security Analyst - Large Reputable Firm role, you will need to be a high-potential and motivated individual who goes the extra mile to make a difference while working closely with the business and be responsible for the security position of the company. Key Requirements:

• At least four years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a Cloud Security Analyst/Engineer is mandatory
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Security or equivalent
• Expertise in cloud access and cloud security controls and tools
• Expertise in automation scripting and provisioning
• Experience in incident management and response, including identification of incidents, root cause analysis, containment, incident response, etc.
• Expertise in security aspects of data storage, applications, network, cloud infrastructure, etc.
• Experience in conducting penetration tests
• Experience in creating case-specific security protocols
• Experience in designing security architectures fully compliant with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC-2, and other regulatory requirements like BNM\xe2\x80\x99s RMIT and outsourcing policies
• Experience managing a multi-cloud environment is an added advantage
• Desire to learn, working in a diverse environment, interacting with multiple teams and functions to support strategic goals
• Be a good team player and excellent communicator. Passionate in cybersecurity
