Job Description

Position: Cloud Site Reliability Engineer

Salary: up to RM 18000 + Statutory Contributions + Medical Coverage

Location: Level 1, Block 1A, Plaza Sentral, Jalan Stesen Sentral 5, Kuala Lumpur Sentral, 50470 Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, proactively monitoring, optimizing, and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, applications, and services to minimize downtime and deliver a seamless user experience. Your expertise in cloud technologies and dedication to automation and best practices will contribute to the stability and growth of our cloud operations.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in cloud operations, SRE, or a related role.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Possess local PR and knowledge of local language to communicate with local market/vendors.
- Certification in cloud platforms (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert). Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Strong scripting and programming skills (Python, Bash, Go).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
