Requirment Familiar with basic network architecture (DNS, OSI Layers and Load Balancing) Experience with CI/CD process setup. Experience with either GCP, AWS, or Azure cloud platform Good expression and communication skills Strong learning ability and ability to work closely with the team Job Responsibilities Reply to customers\' technical questions related to cloud products and provide technical support services. Participate in training and seminars, and seek advanced solutions for various problems. Establish a technical support knowledge base (Knowledge Base) Cloud infrastructure for maintenance and operation of clients. Environment establishment, deployment and management of production systems. Monitoring, logging and exception tracking and analysis Scalability cloud system architecture design, improvement and maintenance automation. Assignments from departmental teams. Cooperation with the Cloud Support Team in Taiwan. Bonus Experience with Monitoring and Logging System. Familiar with Linux and Shell Script. Experience in maintenance and operation of Kubernetes. Familiar with Large Scale Distributed Systems. Experience in technical support and customer service. Learn about SQL-Based/NoSQL-Based repositories. Learn about Infrastructure as Code. Understand the basic concepts of cloud security.
