Job Description

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or with equivalent working experience.
• Can speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong experience & skills with cloud platforms (Microsoft, Azure).
• Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
• Ability to design and implement secure cloud solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Willing to be based in Taiping, Perak.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational maintenance on Microsoft 365 and related services, such as Azure AD Connect.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Troubleshooting / Coordinating / Supporting Microsoft 365 Applications, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Planner, Power BI and all other features on office portal and provide timely resolutions
• Digitalize and mobilize and achieve lean workflow
• Utilize the tools to drive efficiency, collaboration, productivity, engagement within Spritzer Group (Malaysia & China)
• Stay current on Microsoft 365 roadmap / announcement / upgrade and share info as and when necessary
• Provide end user training on Microsoft 365
• Develop training / solution documentation for knowledge transfer
• Involve in system testing activities for business users
• Monitor and generate monthly usage report to Digital Workplace Solution Lead
• Continuously work on improvement
• Able to develop and maintain solution using Microsoft 365 technologies in power platform such as power apps, Power Automate, Forms, SharePoint etc
• Monitor cloud environments to ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously evaluate and improve cloud infrastructure performance and efficiency.
