Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedCloud Systems Engineerto design, manage, and optimize our cloud-based environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), strong scripting skills in PowerShell and Python, and a passion for automation to ensure reliability, security, and efficiency across our infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Administer, monitor, and optimize cloud systems across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Automate cloud operations and infrastructure tasks using PowerShell and Python.
Implement and manage governance, security, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues with speed and accuracy.
Maintain clear documentation of cloud architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
Stay up to date with emerging cloud technologies and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in cloud systems administration or engineering.
Proficiency in scripting and automation with PowerShell and Python.
Hands-on expertise with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
Solid understanding of cloud networking, security, and identity management.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, AWS SysOps, GCP Associate Cloud Engineer).
Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
Exposure to monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, ELK Stack).
