About the Role

Responsible for managing and optimizing Cloud Infrastructure workloads such as: -

• Capacity planning and resource management
• Performance tuning
• Optimizes cost efficiency and billing
• Security and troubleshooting
• SLA verification

\xe2\x80\x8bRole & Responsibilities

• Manage & provision Cloud resources \xe2\x80\x93 High Availability, Performance
• Maximize resource utilization to minimize the operational costs while achieving optimal performance
• Automate resource provisioning techniques enable the implementation of elastic services and the use of advanced virtualization and scheduling mechanisms
• Implement workload monitoring tools and measure the system resource usage of activities for driving performance tuning actions
• Monitor and operate Cloud workloads
• Analyze workload failure and automate self healing strategy to improve user experiences
• Analyze Cloud usage and provide detailed visibility by optimizing resource utilization and reducing the need for over provisioning
• Report forecast of Cloud consumption and budget
• Manage Cloud workload services, software and third-party tools
• Maintain Cloud asset and workload inventory

Job Requirements

• 3+ years\' experience working in data center product or program management and partnering with cross functional teams i.e. technical, commercial sales, policy, finance, and legal.
• 3+ years of working within the cloud computing/data center technical, engineering, or infrastructure field.
• 3+ years of project/program management experience, coordinating multiple stakeholder teams.
• Professional with experience working in a large complex enterprise-wide infrastructure projects/programs with multiple interfaces and/or 3rd parties
• Experience supporting DevOps automation teams using tools
• 3rd party Cloud and CDN Provider Experience on Azure, Akamai, AWS and/or IBM-Softlayer
• Azure Certification, such as Azure SysOps Engineer or Azure DevOps Engineer
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact/influence internal and external leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Oriented on teamwork, collaboration and knowledge sharing.
