Job description
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
- Ensure service meet quality control standards
- Assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
- May plan cafeteria menus and determine related food and lobour costs
- Minimum SPM with 2 years\' experience as Senior Club Assistant or
- Certificate in hotel Management with 1 year experience as Senior Club Assistant
- Able to train new staff and do report writing
- Able to converse and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer knowledge is essential
- Willing to work long hours
