• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.

Tanggungjawab

• Clubhouse manager plan, organize and direct the operations of the clubhouse and similar establishments to provide club members with great hospitality and other services.
• Tasks include: -
• directing and overseeing reservation, reception, membership management, service quality, facility condition and housekeeping activities;
• supervising security arrangements, landscape garden and property maintenance;
• planning and supervising gym, lounge, swimming pool, sports/fitness halls, hobby rooms, function and conference activities;
• plan and manage marketing events and activities for the promotion of the clubhouse and memberships
• observing contracts, licenses and other laws and regulations;
• assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction;
• overseeing accounting and purchasing activities;
• undertaking budgeting for the establishment;
• controlling selection, training and supervision of staff;
• overseeing quality of service providers and contractors
• ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations;
• manage statistical and executive reports
• routine report and feedback to headquarters/top management
