About The Job

We are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to set KPIs, develop and drive digital marketing excellence activities for our cluster (Southeast Asia & Oceania) to aid in the success of marketing campaigns to improve our customer experience and satisfaction according to Alfa Laval business.

Key tasks:

  • Develop and execute an integrated digital customer strategy across all channels, ensuring consistency in digital customer touch points and making sure they fit to Alfa Laval business reality
  • Drive digital marketing within the area of responsibility, including web, Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing and social media areas
  • Set KPIs, drive execution and impact assessment of all digital activities across the area of responsibility
  • Plan activities in line with strategy and through continuous testing and iteration, share growth hacks, digital marketing guidelines and best practices across the organization
  • Consistently explore new or emerging MarTech trends, platforms and proactively provide recommendation to management and stakeholders to optimize digital online presence and campaigns based on historical performance, customer journey, user experience and personas
  • Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel client engagement and lead generation campaigns with the team
  • Collaborate with the team in cluster to drive digital transformation of the company
  • To monitor progress and results; and continuously work to improve and create impact
What you know?
  • 5 \xe2\x80\x93 7 years in digital marketing in B2B market, preferable from new technology, energy management
  • Knowledge of web content management systems, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Webmaster and SEO tools
  • Experience with website development and web analytics
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation systems as a plus
  • Good understanding of customer buying journey and lead flow process
  • Demonstrated social skills, able to build relationship with internal business stakeholders.
