About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Cluster Lead

to manage application operations, drive delivery governance, and coordinate with key stakeholders across multiple business areas. This role requires strong experience in application management, ServiceNow, and Jira/Azure DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee end-to-end

Application Management

across assigned clusters. Manage incidents, changes, and problem tickets via

ServiceNow

and ensure SLA compliance. Coordinate with business and technical

stakeholders

for requirement gathering, issue resolution, and progress updates. Track project work, tasks, and sprints using

Jira

or

Azure DevOps (ADO)

. Ensure strong

delivery governance

by maintaining process compliance, timelines, documentation, and reporting. Conduct regular status meetings, risk assessments, and governance reviews. Support audit and compliance activities related to application operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across application management processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

5+ years of experience

in Application Management or IT Service Delivery. Hands-on experience with

ServiceNow

(Incidents, Change, Problem Management). Working experience with

Jira

or

Azure DevOps

. Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills. Understanding of delivery governance processes. Ability to work effectively in a

hybrid

work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to ITIL processes (ITIL Foundation is a plus). Experience managing distributed or regional teams. Background in large-scale enterprise environments.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
