The jobholder is responsible to process repair orders for unserviceable components for an out-of-house or in-house repair facility.
Responsible to process scrap processing if the unserviceable components are deemed non-repairable, beyond economical repair (BER), and consumables.
Responsible to follow the standard operating procedure (SOP) to complete the required task.
Responsible to liaise with internal departments, Customers, freight forwarders and Vendors, as deemed required.
Responsible to check and validate unserviceable labels, physical units and other documents and information related to the components.
Responsible to manage data records and maintain digital documentations of transactions.
To perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisors.
