Driving ASPs team in day-to-day operation for successful job completion Ensuring appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are in place. Carrying out regular inspections. Helping IM & Coordinator to plan the work program. Helping coordinate deliveries of materials, plants, and equipment. Completing records for site reports. Attending site management meetings. Carrying out regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements, processes, and procedures. Resolving problems and implementing improvements. Key Requirements: Relevant experience of working with CME (Tower, Civil, Mechanical background) in the telecommunication area, fresh graduate welcome to apply. Relevant experience in RAN/RBS Installation on Field A positive attitude. The ability to communicate with, motivate, and if necessary, discipline the workforce. The ability to understand drawings and other contract documents. A good understanding of safety procedures. Organizational skills. The ability to mediate to resolve issues.
