Cmm Programmer
Job Description
As a CMM Programmer will be responsible for programming and operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure high precision in measuring components. You will conduct in-process and final inspections, calibrate equipment, and generate measurement reports to ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize CMM programs to inspect parts.
- Perform detailed measurements for quality assurance.
- Troubleshoot and maintain CMM equipment.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Document and report measurement results.Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in CMM programming, preferably using software like PC-DMIS.
- Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation.
