Job Overview

To analyse the data collection and established trends to monitor any abnormality. To ensure continuous smooth Operation of Plant Facilities infra services. Ensuring Zero ITP and Zero incidents to meet Service Provider KPI.

Job Responsibilities

To attend to and manage any complaint and breakdown related to the system. To follow up with action for containment, preventive and corrective and prepare a full report on the incident to the Client. Responsible for facilities capacity management analysis to submit reports on a monthly basis. Define, plan and arrange PM Schedule, spare part inventory, and tools for PM activity execution. To establish the inventory for the spare part and tools. Interface with Engineering, Operation, EHS for equipment, preventive / correction maintenance program and projects & compliance with various regulatory procedures. To establish the SOP for the operation and maintenance activity to ensure zero ITP and safety incidents. Responsible for System documentation e.g. Drawing/specification, and person in charge during new system/equipment handover.

Qualifications

Computer Literate (MS Office, IE, etc.) Housekeeping & 5S Working in Clean Room Electrostatic Discharge Electrical Safety Handling, Operation of Measuring Instrument FMA & OSHA Degree in Engineering Analytical and problem-solving skills 8D Methodology Failure Mode Effects Analysis ISO/TS 16949 Statistical Process Control (SPC) AUTOCAD SAP Application Project Management
