Job description Setup and operate CNC machines, including loading programs and adjusting work/tool offsets as needed. Review technical drawings, blueprints, instructions, or samples to ensure accurate production. Perform measurements of parts using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges. Ensure safe operations by following all relevant safety procedures and regulations. Maintain efficiency and quality while working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Specialize in the production and customization of hydraulic seals, rubber, PU, PTFE, and nylon components using lathe machine automation.
Requirements Proven experience in CNC machine operation and setup is preferred. Expertise in working with hydraulic seals and materials such as rubber, PU, PTFE, and nylon is advantageous. Strong knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative in problem-solving.
