Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machining Setter responsible for setting up CNC milling machines according to the production requirements and engineering drawings.
The role ensures optimal machine setup, tool preparation, and process readiness to support efficient and accurate production operations to meet targets and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
o Set up CNC milling machines based on job orders.
o Select and install correct tools, jigs, and fixtures for each job.
o Perform first piece inspection to verify part conformity using appropriate measuring equipment.
o Adjust machine offsets and program parameters to ensure dimensional accuracy.
o Work closely with CNC operators to ensure smooth handover and production continuity.
o Ensure all setup sheets, programs, and tooling lists are accurate and up to date.
