Job Responsibilities

Perform all machining operations based on setup sheet, CAM programming, job router, Inspection Plan and QMS document in order to deliver quality products. Perform first piece inspection after tool change for affected dimension. Perform adjustment on insert or cutter by offsetting or change new cutter. Read and understand applicable document in order to measure the work piece as per expected measuring technique. Responsible for keeping the machines and surrounding areas clean and tidy (5S) and working correctly on the shift basis. Optimizing production efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings as needed. Collaborating with other departments to complete production orders on time. Follow work instruction from superior and able to complete the task on time. (as per cycle time or target assigned). Protect and re-use used cutter in order to encourage cost saving and minimize wastage in the production. Conducting quality checks on the functionality of parts and components.

Job Skills & Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Required Skill(s): Understanding of CNC machining, GD&T and control of product quality Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. Applicant must be willing to work in shift. Mandarin speaker
