Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Computer Numeric Control (CNC) Programming Certificate.
Minimum 2 years of work experience as CNC Machinist (manufacturing industry).
Experience handling with CNC Milling and CNC Turning
Experience with computer modeling software and CNC program.
Ability to work independently and trained new staff
Ability to work after-hours when required.

Responsibilities

To operate CNC Milling and CNC Turning machine
Adjusting the CNC machine settings to the desired product specifications.
Inputting the product design and specifications into the computer modeling software.
Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job.
Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the product process.
Performing routine CNC machine maintenance and cleaning.
Performing quality checks on the final product.
Training new staff on CNC machine operation procedures.
