• Certificate/Diploma in Machining, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a CNC machinist (or relevant apprenticeship).
• Familiar with CNC programming (Fanuc, Siemens, or Haas controls preferred).
• Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and quality standards.
• Attention to detail and precision.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Tanggungjawab
The CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts and components according to engineering drawings and specifications. This role ensures the highest quality standards, efficiency, and machine performance in a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC milling, turning, or grinding machines according to work instructions and blueprints.
• Load raw materials and perform necessary machine adjustments to maintain tolerances and part dimensions.
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tool paths (G-code).
• Monitor machining operations, inspect parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
• Identify and correct machining errors or tool wear issues.
• Maintain machine cleanliness, perform routine maintenance, and report mechanical issues.
• Work with engineers and supervisors to improve process efficiency and reduce production downtime.
• Ensure all safety and quality standards are met in daily operations.
• Record production data, inspection results, and machine logs accurately.
