Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, program, and operate

Mazak CNC machines (3-axis & 5-axis)

to produce precision aerospace components. Interpret and work from

engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications

. Perform

machine setup, tool selection, offsets, and calibration

for each job. Monitor machining processes to ensure parts meet dimensional and surface finish requirements. Inspect finished components using precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, CMM, etc.). Adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency. Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and quality personnel to resolve machining or dimensional issues. Maintain machine cleanliness, perform routine maintenance, and ensure a safe working environment. Record production data and maintain accurate documentation per aerospace quality standards (AS9100). l Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization and waste reduction.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 3-5 years

of CNC machining experience in the

aerospace or precision manufacturing

environment. Hands-on experience operating and setting up

Mazak CNC machines (3-axis and 5-axis)

-- Mazatrol control experience preferred. Strong understanding of

GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)

and ability to read complex engineering drawings. Knowledge of aerospace materials (e.g., titanium, Inconel, aluminum, stainless steel). Proficient with precision measurement instruments and quality inspection processes. Basic understanding of

CNC programming (Mazatrol)

is an asset. Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and meet production deadlines. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
