Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide training to Apprentice and operator.

Ensure the assign machine set-up is done. Ensure the document of the product is implement and apply. Ensure the tools is well control. Ensure the Jig & Fixture is well control. To ensure the product run on the machine is as per product specification. To ensure the machine is well keep clean & safe and ready for operation. To ensure the program is well control. To provide improvement to the product if found needed. Maintain a clean and well organize working environment in respective area with respect to the 5S way. Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time as deemed necessary. Self-inspection checking on production activity.

Authority:

1) To approve the stoppage of the process if found the process is not as per plan.

2) To escalate to next level for any unsolved issues.

3) Overseeing the job assign to Apprentice is carried out.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Education:

Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:

Process in CNC Machine (Milling / Turning).: 3 years (Required) o Knowledge in Jig & Fixture designing.: 2 years (Required) o Knowledge in CNC Programming.: 2 years (Required)
