Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering or any related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in CNC machine maintenance.
Strong knowledge of CNC machinery, including Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi controllers.
Experience with electrical troubleshooting, PLCs, and automation systems.
Proficiency in reading electrical and mechanical schematics.
Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines and other production equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Perform machine calibration and alignment to maintain accuracy and precision in machining operations.
Maintain an inventory of critical spare parts to minimize downtime.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
Ensure machines operate within manufacturer specifications and safety regulations.
Provide training and guidance on the proper use and care of its equipment and other facilities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and procedures.
Support on-call emergency breakdowns, including weekends and public holidays.
