Job Description

Key responsibilities :-

To handle all kind of CNC machines, operate and work piece set-up as per drawing. Operates CNC milling 3-axis and 5-axis, turn-mill to manufacture the precision parts as per drawing requirement. Ensure the machining parts to meet the tolerance stated in the printed drawing. Assist the team leaders by giving constructive ideas and feedback to improve production process. To maintain 5S activities to obtain higher standard and good knowledge in safety regulations. To make and generate accurate and efficient CNC programs using Master CAM. Ability to program the complex machining profile and high tolerance components. Ability to create jig and fixture for various application for CNC setup and QC inspections. Provide assistance in CNC department production schedule and meet the commitment. Provide technical assistance to Sales Engineers on new part's quotation, machining procedures and feasibility.
Requirements :-

Candidate must possess at least Diploma preferably in Mechanical Engineering / Precision Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent. Ability to read and follow blueprints and sketches. Good skills in the quality measuring equipment use and choose correct tools to measures. Knowledge CNC milling and lathe machines setup and operation will be a major advantage. Knowledge in tool selection for engineering plastic material machining process. Positive attitude and initiative. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay : RM 4,000.00 - RM 6,000.00
