Job Description

The Projects is using CNC turning to manufacturing drum for Wires and cables to based at Alor Gajah, Melaka

Responsible:

1. Operating CNC machines to manufacture parts and components according Drum specification

2. Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance

3. To maintain drum quality and efficiency

4. Interpreting blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents to set up and program CNC machines

5. Collaborating with the production team to identify and implement process improvements

6. Maintaining accurate records of production data and machine maintenance activities

7. Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment

Requirement:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment

2. Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in reading and interpreting technical diagrams and blueprints

3. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve machine issues

4. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards

5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

6. Certification or training in CNC machine operation and programming is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
