Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Degree/ Diploma, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints, coupled with at least 3 years of hands-on CNC programming work experience.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Capable to use AutoCAD, Master Cam, Fanuc Controller, 2D & 3D drawing and common measuring equipment in high precision parts, jig, & fixtures.

Responsibilities

Perform job setting in CNC machines
Read interpret technical drawing
Hands-on experience and proficiency in working with Fanuc controls, demonstrating a deep understanding of their functionalities
Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining processes using appropriate CAM software and tools
Select appropriate cutting tools, toolpaths, and machining parameters to achieve the desired results while considering factors such as material type, thickness, and machine capabilities
Troubleshoot and debug CNC programs, tooling setups, and machining processes to ensure smooth production runs and resolve any issues that may arise
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes
