Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Degree/ Diploma, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints, coupled with at least 3 years of hands-on CNC programming work experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Capable to use AutoCAD, Master Cam, Fanuc Controller, 2D & 3D drawing and common measuring equipment in high precision parts, jig, & fixtures.
- Perform job setting in CNC machines
- Read interpret technical drawing
- Hands-on experience and proficiency in working with Fanuc controls, demonstrating a deep understanding of their functionalities
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining processes using appropriate CAM software and tools
- Select appropriate cutting tools, toolpaths, and machining parameters to achieve the desired results while considering factors such as material type, thickness, and machine capabilities
- Troubleshoot and debug CNC programs, tooling setups, and machining processes to ensure smooth production runs and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes
