We are representing our client, a precision manufacturing and CNC workshop specializing in the production of medical and dental instruments and supplies.
- Location: Kota Damansara, Selangor
- Working hours: Mon-Fri (7.30am-4.30pm)
- Independently set up, prove-out and optimise jobs on the machines above (series 100-10,000 pcs).
- Load programs (Mazatrol / Mitsubishi conversational / G-code), set tools & offsets, run first article, achieve repeatable 0.01 mm or better.
- Make small on-machine edits in Mazatrol and Mitsubishi conversational screens.
- Lead, guide and train a small team of operators - ensure they follow correct setup sheets and run jobs properly.
- Be the main communication point between management (China/Malaysia) and the shop floor.
- Conduct daily 5-10 min morning briefing, assign jobs, check progress, solve problems fast.
- Keep the work area clean, safe and organised.
- Minimum 3-5 years daily hands-on setting experience on the exact controls above (Mazak Fanuc milling + Mazatrol turning + Citizen Mitsubishi).
- Proven experience leading or guiding a small team of operators.
- Good communication skills: able to explain clearly in English and Malay (Mandarin is an added advantage to communicate to China side).
- Strong problem-solving on the shop floor, calm under pressure.
